1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NetAudit AI ("the Service") at anmolhatua.store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

NetAudit AI provides an AI-assisted network security auditing tool that performs port scanning, service detection, and vulnerability assessment using Nmap and AI inference. The Service is provided "as-is" for informational and educational purposes.

3. Authorized Use Only

You may only scan targets that you own or have explicit written authorization to test. Network scanning without permission is illegal in many jurisdictions. You agree to:
  • Only scan systems, networks, or IP addresses you own or have permission to test
  • Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws
  • Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any third-party rights
  • Not attempt to scan government systems, critical infrastructure, or systems where unauthorized scanning is prohibited

4. User Responsibilities

  • You are solely responsible for the targets you scan and the consequences of those scans
  • You must ensure your use of the Service complies with your organization's policies
  • You must not abuse the Service (e.g., excessive requests, attempts to disrupt the platform)
  • You must not use automated tools or scripts to interact with the Service beyond normal browser usage

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:
  • The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of scan results or AI-generated remediation plans
  • The availability or uninterrupted operation of the Service
  • That the Service will meet your specific security requirements
AI-generated remediation plans are suggestions only and should be reviewed by a qualified security professional before implementation.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NetAudit AI, its operators, and contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to:
  • Damage from network disruptions caused by scanning activities
  • Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
  • Security incidents resulting from acting on AI-generated recommendations
  • Legal consequences from scanning unauthorized targets

7. Rate Limiting and Fair Use

To ensure equitable access, the API is rate-limited. Excessive usage may result in temporary or permanent suspension. We reserve the right to block IP addresses or users who abuse the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, its design, branding, and code are the intellectual property of NetAudit AI. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the Service without prior written consent. Scan results and AI-generated content produced by the Service are provided for your use without restriction.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, third parties, or the Service itself.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
